Mitchell L. Guiffre, Broker, REALTOR & Owner
Mitchell was born and raised in Maryland. He became a licensed real estate agent in 1997, specializing in residential real estate in Montgomery, Howard, PG, and surrounding Maryland counties. In 2003, he and his wife (also a REALTOR) decided to move to warmer climates. He obtained his Broker license and opened a Realty company in North Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, where he serves a large resort property clientele as well as year-round owners. Mitchell’s team has proven to be one of the Top Producing Real Estate Companies in the area. Over the years, he and his Top Producing Team have closed over 1,000 properties with over $150,000,000 in sales volume. Since he spends a significant time with family in Maryland, in 2019, he opened Sellers Choice Real Estate, bringing his knowledge and experience of resort properties to Ocean City, MD.
Julie L. Hall, GRI, REALTOR & Co-owner
Julie has been a lifetime Maryland resident and a property owner in Ocean City for many years. She started her career as a licensed Interior Designer serving Commercial and Residential clients in Maryland and DC. In the early 2000s, she became a licensed real estate agent, listing and selling properties in Anne Arundel, Howard, Montgomery, and various Eastern Shore counties until 2010. In the summer of 2019, Julie returned to the real estate field as the co-owner of Sellers Choice Real Estate. She is a licensed REALTOR in Maryland, and is a member of the National, Maryland, and Coastal Associations of Realtors. Julie splits her time between Ocean City and Clarksville, MD, providing brokerage services in both areas. Her Communication Skills, Knowledge, Diligence, Attention to Detail, and Expertise allow her to provide her Clients with information and assistance throughout the entire process, ensuring a smooth, successful transaction.
Wendy Leber, REALTOR
Wendy is originally from Indiana and relocated to Maryland in 2010. She and family members purchased a rental property in Ocean City in 2014. They worked diligently to transform the 1965 “shore shack” into a fully updated, modern home with a relaxing, Coastal vibe. She and her husband are locals and have lived and worked in Ocean City MD since 2015. Wendy is a licensed REALTOR and is a member of the National, Maryland, and Coastal Associations of Realtors. With her comprehensive Administrative Skills and heartfelt desire help people find their happiness, Wendy provides exceptional customer service and is committed to making your home selling or buying experience an exceedingly positive one.
Jordan Lefebure, Marketing Coordinator
Jordan is currently a full-time Sr. Project Manager for an international Marketing firm. We are lucky to have her knowledge and expertise in assisting with our marketing campaigns, website development and advertising. She is a Maryland native and spends vacation time in Ocean City every summer.
